We are hiring Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The role involves managing social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, content marketing, and website performance while analyzing campaign results to improve return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop and coordinate email marketing campaigns to engage customers and generate leads.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce compelling digital content.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.




Generate leads through digital channels and support the sales team with qualified prospects.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing recommendations for improvement.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries or feedback on digital platforms.
Ensure all digital marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) are an added advantage.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is preferred.
