Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
Update HR databases and maintain accurate records.
Assist in employee engagement activities and training programs.
Handle basic HR administrative tasks and reports.
Support the HR team in daily operations and recruitment activities.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (HR, BBA, MBA HR,



or any related field) or currently pursuing the final year.
