Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain company services, and maintain robust customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
Explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare daily call reports and update management on lead status.




Eligibility
Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM software and call management tools.
Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.
