Roles & Responsibility:

- Identify and onboard new corporate clients for a Workforce Management Application.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Core HR Services & HRMS software.




- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and processes.
- Provide expert-level support for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation & Recruiting.

Requirements and skills:

- Strong understanding of HRMS concepts and ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to present solution to clients.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Ability to build current business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with the corporate clients.
- A desire to learn and grow in the corporate sales field.
