Job Description

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate must have experience managing campaigns with budgets ranging from $50K-$100K and will be able to drive measurable growth through performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), focusing on ROI and performance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and optimize ad spends ranging from $50K-$100K while ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using various analytics tools, adjusting strategies and bids to meet performance goals.
- Ad Optimization: Continuously test and optimize creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Audience Targeting: Create and refine audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting to maximize campaign impact.
- Reporting:



Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks to maintain cutting-edge knowledge.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing high-budget ad campaigns, preferably between $50K-$100K.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display) ,Bing Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and third-party reporting tools.
- Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies to meet performance goals.
- Excellent knowledge of ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
- Strong understanding of metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Candidate must be based in Bhopal and open to a hybrid working model.
