Job Summary

Avalara is seeking a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing Content Manager to develop engaging employer branding and recruitment marketing content that attracts top talent. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to create compelling content across digital channels and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for career sites, job postings, social media, email campaigns, blogs, employee stories, and recruitment events.
- Manage recruitment marketing content calendars and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring initiatives.




- Track campaign performance and optimize content based on analytics and engagement metrics.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Content Marketing, or Talent Acquisition Marketing.
- Robust content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing employer branding campaigns across Linked In and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hub Spot, or similar marketing tools.
- Experience with employer branding, candidate engagement, and digital marketing strategies.
