Per4mance Guru is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to support an international client account working on US/Canada hours. You'll own the visual production for a fast-moving performance marketing account — turning briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand creative across paid social, organic, and web.This is a hybrid role based out of Delhi (preferred), with robust remote candidates also considered.What You'll DoDesign ad creatives for Meta/Google campaigns (static, carousel, and display) aligned to performance goalsProduce social media graphics, reels covers, and campaign visuals across formatsEdit, retouch, and composite images — combining product shots, lifestyle imagery,
