NAbout the RolenAsa Subject Matter Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, fast, and fair claims Nexperience for our customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of motor Nown-damage (OD) claims, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and service partners. NMust Havesn● Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Motor Own-Damage (OD) claims Nsurvey/assessment.n● Technical Skills: N○ Strong understanding ofvehicle mechanics, automobile parts, repair processes, Nvehicle damage assessment, and repair cost estimation. N● Communication Excellence: Good command of written and spoken English. Multilingual Nability is an added advantage. N● Soft Skills: N○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. N○ Flexible and adaptable to a changing and digital-first work environment. N○ Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and mentorship skills. N● Drive the use of digital tools for assessment and settlement, providing feedback for process Nimprovement and ensuring team adherence to best practices. N● Manage and optimize thecoordination between customers, surveyors,



and garages to resolve Nissues efficiently.n● Handle high-value negotiations and guide the team on effective strategies to control losses Nwhile maintaining quality. N● Oversee stakeholder communication, managing escalations and ensuring the team meets and Nexceeds service TATs.n● Take a key role in network expansion by leading the identification and vetting of strategic Ngarages and surveyors, and making recommendations for empanelment.
