Engagement Delivery & Growth Lead

Role Overview

- The Engagement Delivery & Growth Lead will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT, AI and SAP engagements.
- This role combines client and account management, program delivery, financial oversight, resource planning, and operational governance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global clients, distributed delivery teams, project financials, and SAP implementation or support programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement and Account Growth
- Own strategic client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for delivery- and growth-related activities.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors.
- Understand client business priorities, challenges, and technology needs, and recommend appropriate delivery solutions.
- Identify account growth opportunities, including new projects, service expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support account planning, proposals, solution development, and commercial discussions.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.

Delivery and Program Management

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and SAP projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, and Application Management Services engagements across multiple clients.
- Establish delivery plans, governance frameworks, project controls, and performance measures.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges and escalations.
- Manage multiple projects and programs across onsite, offshore, and distributed delivery teams.
- Promote compliance with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Financial and Commercial Management

- Own and monitor engagement financials, including revenue, profitability, margins, budgets, costs, and forecasts.
- Track financial performance against contractual commitments and business targets.
- Identify revenue leakage, margin risks, cost overruns, and opportunities for financial optimization.
- Support billing, invoicing, collections, change requests, and commercial governance.
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and financial performance reports for leadership.
- Drive corrective actions to improve engagement profitability and overall account performance.

Resource and Workforce Management





- Lead resource planning, allocation, utilization, and workforce optimization across projects and accounts.
- Forecast staffing requirements based on project demand, delivery schedules, and business growth.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and staffing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of resource requirements.
- Monitor resource capacity, deployment, productivity, utilization, and skill availability.
- Support hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and capability development.
- Balance project priorities while ensuring effective utilization and employee engagement.

Governance, Risk, and Reporting

- Establish and manage delivery governance processes across client engagements
- Identify project, operational, financial, commercial, and resource-related risks.
- Develop mitigation and recovery plans and ensure timely closure of critical issues.
- Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, financial summaries, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates with clients and internal leadership.
- Manage client escalations professionally and ensure appropriate communication, ownership, and resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, decision logs, action trackers, and governance records.

Leadership and Operational Excellence

- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, delivery leads, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
- Collaborate with sales, presales, finance, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, technology, and operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Standardize delivery practices, governance processes, reporting frameworks, and operational controls.
- Promote knowledge sharing, professional development, and delivery excellence across teams.

Required Skills and Experience

- Robust experience in client relationship management, stakeholder management, account management, and customer engagement.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects, programs, or client engagements.
- Hands-on experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, or support engagements.
- Strong understanding of revenue management,



P&L; ownership, budgeting, margin management, and financial forecasting.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality.
- Experience in resource planning, workforce management, recruitment coordination, and utilization management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, priorities, and geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior client and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and make decisions in complex delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Significant SAP project delivery or SAP Application Management Services experience.
- Experience working with global clients and onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Experience supporting account growth, solution development, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Familiarity with project management, financial reporting, resource management, and executive dashboard tools.
