Qualification
•
Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR
•
B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Compensation
Up to ₹15.00 LPA (Based on experience, competency, and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
•
Execution and supervision of Railway General Electrical works.
•
Planning, monitoring, and coordinating electrical project activities.
•
Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems in Railway projects.
•
Preparation and review of BOQ, estimates, work schedules, and project documentation.
•
Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
•
Ensure compliance with Railway standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
•
Monitoring project progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
•
Material planning, inspection, reconciliation, and inventory management.
•
Preparation of daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.
•
Support project billing, measurement books (MB), documentation, and client approvals.
•
Resolve technical issues at site and ensure timely project completion.
Desired Skills:
•
Experience in Railway General Electrical projects.
•
Knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
•
Understanding of Railway specifications and quality standards.
•
Ability to manage execution teams and subcontractors.
•
Good communication and coordination skills.
•
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
•
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Candidate Profile:
•
2–10 years of relevant experience in Railway General Electrical projects.
•
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
•
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
•
Ability to perform effectively under project deadlines.
