Job Description

We are seeking a Fresher Graduate to join our team as a Field Sales Executive at a leading Gold finance company in Hyderabad. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loan sales deals, communicating and pitching Gold loan products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations for Gold loan sales deals

- Communicate and pitch Gold loan products to customers

- Check Gold quality and handle documentation processes

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders





- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

Requirements:

- Graduation completion

- Local candidates only

- Up to 27 years of age

- Fluency in the local language

- 2-wheeler and driving license (to be obtained within the first 2 months)

- Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure

- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
