Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultant & Architect Approvals:
• Build and nurture relationships with leading architectural firms, consultants, and design houses to secure product approvals.
• Promote company's product portfolio during presentations, workshops, and meetings with architects and consultants.
• Ensure product specifications are incorporated into tenders, designs, and project documents.
2. Project Referrals & Lead Generation:
• Drive referrals and project leads through proactive engagement with consultants and architects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to consultants and architects by providing technical knowledge, case studies, and innovative solutions.
3. Stakeholder Management: • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and developers to identify opportunities for specification and referral.
• Represent company at key industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.
• Act as the key liaison between consultants, architects, and internal teams to address queries and provide solutions.
4. Product Awareness and Training:
• Conduct training programs for architects and consultants to highlight the features and advantages of company's products,



including GFRP rebars, cable trays, manhole covers, and more.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product applications, technical specifications, and industry standards.
5. Market Intelligence:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team to refine strategies and product offerings.
6. Reporting and Coordination:
• Maintain detailed records of approvals, leads, and project specifications.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on performance, approvals, and project wins to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Must have completed full-time graduation (no correspondence courses).
• Experience:
o 5-10 years of experience in consultant/architect engagement and approvals, preferably in competitive industries such as building materials, white cement,
paints, sanitary ware, PVC plumbing pipes, electrical fittings, and other related sectors.
o Mandatory 3 years of experience in Delhi NCR.
