Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position Finishing Engineer of for a reputed company in Real Estate Industry at Mulund (East) Location.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and execute all civil finishing and interior fit-out works: tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, flooring, partitions, waterproofing, etc.
- Interpret and implement GFC drawings, material specifications, and interior layouts.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor daily progress, identify site issues, and ensure snag-free handovers.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and quality checklists.
- Liaise with MEP and structural teams to ensure smooth service integration.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, construction protocols,



and approved schedules.
- Maintain material tracking and resource management to minimize wastage and delays.

Required Experience & Skills

- B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in finishing work for high-rise residential projects
- Technical knowledge of contemporary construction materials, detailing, and execution
- Strong coordination and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with quality control systems, snagging tools, and project timelines
- Experience working on premium interiors and high-spec finishes is preferred
