Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our brand’s presence on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, order processing, inventory management, performance analysis, and compliance with marketplace policies. This role is essential in ensuring seamless marketplace operations and maximizing sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ E-commerce Operations Management:

- Oversee daily activities on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth order processing, timely shipping, and customer service coordination.

✅ Product Listing & Optimization:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and ranking.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve searchability and conversion rates.

✅ Inventory & Order Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.




- Ensure seamless order fulfillment and manage returns or refunds as per marketplace policies.

✅ Sales & Performance Analysis:

- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate reports and insights to enhance sales strategy and conversion rates.

✅ Marketplace Compliance & Issue Resolution:

- Ensure compliance with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace policies.
- Address account-related issues and resolve disputes efficiently.

✅ Marketing & Promotions:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and sponsored ad strategies to increase sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence on e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
✔️ Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
✔️ Strong understanding of product listing optimization, order fulfillment, and return handling.
✔️ Experience with e-commerce analytics tools and SEO best practices.
✔️ Ability to analyze data and improve conversion rates.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
