- Deal pipeline creation
- Knows how to cold-call, build decks, and chase bankers

Job Description:
- Research sectors, companies, and opportunities
- Create IMs, pitch decks, and investment notes
- Coordinate diligence—legal, financial, forensic
- Manage the CRM of all bankers, brokers, funds, and deal peddlers
- Bring opportunities before they hit the broader market
Academic qualification:
- CFA Level 1 or 2 — Analysts without CFA are like biryani without masala.
- NISM Equity Research / Investment Advisor certification
- Valuation Certifications from IVSC, EY, or corporate finance institutes
(Half of them are scams, but HR loves the logos.)
