Job Title: Internal Auditor – Jewelry Industry
Location: Ahmedabad-Maninagar
Salary- up to 6LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and report on operational, financial, and compliance audits across all departments.

Conduct regular audits of inventory including physical verification of raw materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones), WIP, and finished goods at manufacturing units and retail outlets.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., BIS, hallmarking, GST, customs duties).

Evaluate internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.





Review procurement and sales transactions, ensuring proper documentation, valuation, and approval processes.

Audit cash handling procedures and reconcile discrepancies in high-value transactions.

Monitor adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC norms, especially in high-value retail sales.

Report audit findings with actionable recommendations to management.

Follow up on past audit findings to ensure timely and effective remediation.

Support external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
