Mode of work - Hybrid (3days WFO)
Mandate:
# Doctors with clinical experience ,who has worked in CCU, ICU, who can read ECG, TMT reports etc.
# MBBS graduates or postgraduate doctors only

Eligibility & Qualification
MBBS with active license to practice medicine
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and apply complex medical and clinical informatio n in a non‑patient‑facing, decision‑support environment
Strong understanding of medical documentation, diagnostic reports, laboratory data, and clinical narrative
Proven capability to assess medical risk, morbidity, and mortalit y using evidence‑based reasoning and available clinical dat
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate medical opinions to both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholder
Robust analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilitie
Ability to work independently, manage complex casework, and contribute to process improvement initiative
Demonstrated aptitude for collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within multidisciplinary team
