Job Description The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives, from initiation through execution and launch. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to architect high-level solutions, design and size delivery plans, and ensure successful execution against timelines and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Initiation & Planning Lead project initiation, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment. Drive high-level solutioning, architecture, design, and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan. Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines. Execution & Tracking Track progress against delivery plans, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and dependencies. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles. Ensure Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure. Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery. Provide regular status reports and executive updates, highlighting progress, risks,



and mitigation actions. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Risk & Go-To-Market Readiness Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and readiness for delivery. Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover. Qualifications Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or program management roles. Solid understanding of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies. Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices. Excellent risk management and mitigation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting. Experience with risk and GTM readiness processes is a plus.
