Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Account Management.

- Comprehensively handling the needs of the clients for Branding and Communication team
- Strategic planning for brands
- Planning and scheduling project timelines with the Clients and creative team
- Responsible for timely delivery of Projects
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Directing and controlling the activity and catering to client’s requirement
- Tracking activity performance regularly and driving the same with efficiencies

Guiding the account management team and motivating them for better performance

1. Team Management:

- Oversee a team of Account Management staff, across multiple projects
- Mentoring junior staff and evaluating candidates for promotions, added

responsibilities and increments

- Assigning KRAs & making sure team member understand the job

description well.





- Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same

is met in co-ordination with HR

- Providing orientation to current joinees & on the job training.

1. Coordination:

- Lead the projects & provide all the creative & technical support required.
- Closely work with Design & Copy team to deliver the project as per client’s

requirement.

1. Project Management

- Keeping a track of ongoing projects.
- Maintaining a draft of project requirements and share the same with

content & design team for their understanding.

1. Learning & development:

- Understanding of brand (for allocated clients)
- Ownership of Self Development
- Knowledge Sharing among team members
- Attending Training & Development programs
