Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Integration: Ensuring the stability and health of BMS infrastructure integration.
- Maintenance: Delivering key outcomes for BMS asset maintenance, PPM, breakdowns, gateway/controller network failures, and data point issues.
- Asset Management: Managing IBMS asset AMCs in coordination with respective OEM service providers.
- Audit Support: Providing necessary support for site-level internal and external audits regarding BMS and FAS deliveries.
- Operations & Standards: Validating site-level BMS operations and data point integration while ensuring Pan-India building automation standards are met.
- Collaboration: Reporting to IFM BMS Leads on automation developments and working with the BMS Command Center on site-level asset upgradation or replacement.
