Quality Manager – Healthcare

Job Summary

Lifetime Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical and operational quality across our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement to enhance patient care and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and SOPs.
- Conduct regular clinical and operational quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and other healthcare regulations.
- Investigate patient complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports, and present improvement recommendations.
- Train and mentor healthcare staff on quality standards, patient safety, and best practices.




- Collaborate with Operations, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Customer Support teams to improve service quality.
- Maintain quality documentation and support accreditation activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare quality management.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, NABH standards, and clinical audits.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems is preferred.

Preferred: Experience in hospitals, home healthcare, or healthcare startups.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
