Job Role:

We are hiring a part time Quality & FSSAI Compliance Executive / Consultant to help us maintain product quality, improve existing products, and ensure proper FSSAI compliance across our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure products, labels, and packaging follow FSSAI requirements.

2. Review product labels, claims, ingredients, nutritional details, and mandatory declarations.

3. Check quality standards of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.

4. Help improve existing products in terms of quality, compliance, and customer trust.

5.



Maintain basic quality and compliance records.

6. Coordinate with the team for corrections in labeling, documentation, and product presentation.

7. Guide the team on safe, compliant, and practical product improvement.

Requirements

8. Minimum 1 year of experience in food quality, FSSAI compliance, nutraceuticals, herbal products, food manufacturing, or a related field.

9. Basic knowledge of FSSAI labeling and compliance rules.

Attention to detail and ability to identify compliance mistakes.

10. Practical mindset to improve products, not just point out issues.

Must be available to work 4 full days per month, which means 1 full day per week.

The working day can be Saturday or Sunday. We are open to both options.

Preferred Candidate

Someone with experience in food, herbal, nutraceutical, Ayurveda, or natural wellness products will be preferred.
