We are looking for a highly motivated skilled to lead our Sponsorship, Public Relations (PR), and Brand Partnership initiatives for upcoming national events, including Miss & Mr Bihar 2026 and future fashion properties.

Position Overview

The Sponsorship, PR & Brand Relations Manager will be responsible for securing corporate sponsorships, building long-term brand partnerships, managing public relations, coordinating celebrity and influencer collaborations, and increasing the visibility and credibility of Mahashankh Fashion events.

Key ResponsibilitiesSponsorship & Business Development

- Identify and secure sponsorships from corporate brands across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, technology, automobile, healthcare, hospitality, and other industries.
- Develop customized sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership packages.
- Conduct meetings with marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and close high-value partnership deals.
- Build long-term relationships with sponsors and corporate partners.

Public Relations (PR) & Brand Relations

- Build and manage media partnerships with print, digital, television, radio, and online media.
- Coordinate celebrity appearances, influencer collaborations, and guest participation.
- Increase event visibility through strategic PR campaigns and media outreach.
- Strengthen the brand credibility and public image of Mahashankh Fashion.




- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maximize media coverage and brand exposure.

Event & Partnership Management

- Coordinate sponsor deliverables before, during, and after events.
- Ensure successful execution of branding, promotions, and activation opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies, partners, and event stakeholders.
- Represent Mahashankh Fashion at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2–5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, event management, media sales, public relations, or corporate partnerships.
- Strong network with marketing heads, brand managers, PR agencies, media houses, and corporate decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in closing sponsorship deals ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹1 crore or more.
- Strong understanding of branding, event marketing, and corporate partnerships.
- Ability to build long-term strategic relationships with sponsors and media organizations.
- Comfortable traveling for client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing), MBA (Sales), MBA (PR), BBA, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sponsorships, PR, business development, or brand partnerships is preferred.
