HR Recruiter Trainee

Location: Gera Imperium Gateway, Office No. A-632, Near Nashik Phata Metro Station, Kasarwadi, Pune -

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse hiring requirements across multiple industries while gaining exposure to different recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles and industries.

* Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify suitable candidates and hiring trends.

* Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





* Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.

* Maintain recruitment records and update as required.

Requirements

* knowledge in Recruitment, Sourcing, or Talent Acquisition.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.

* Ability to research and understand new industries, job roles, and talent markets.

* Eagerness to learn and handle recruitment across diverse sectors.

* Willingness to travel within Pune, if required for recruitment-related activities.

* Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
