Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

To identify potential gaps in Recent Process, New products & New Capabilities

Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct Recent Product/ Project lifecycle analysis since project design stage
Understanding business requirements submitted to IT team
Anticipate, identify risk & derive mitigation plans
Participate in UAT testing
Assess readiness for go live
Periodic review with PMO/COE mangers & other stake holders

Key Decisions / Dimensions
Deciding the audit schedule based on the triggers, management suggestions and process exceptions etc.

Major Challenges




Process Audit – New Capabilities Audit team need to be assessing New Risks & Need to create test scenarios to ensure coverage of all probable risk areas.
Being an enabling function, the team does not get the same level of fast-paced career growth that exists in business teams, which leads to demotivation

Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent
Work Experience
Experience in advance excel & SQL querying on large data base
Experience in test case scenario testing
Experience in Risk assessment / Audit function
Knowledge of regulatory & compliance requirements
Positive attitude and team player
Valuable Communication and Interpersonal Skills
