We are looking for a skilled Cluster Manager to lead our Bancassurance team and drive business targets. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in relationship management with Circle and Branch Heads, and be able to manage a large cluster to achieve Axis Bank's business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and develop relationships with Circle and Branch Heads to drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to meet their goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,



preferably in insurance or banking.
Strong understanding of the bancassurance industry and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Robust problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
