We are looking for an experienced and agile Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across business units.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment for leadership and key roles, while managing a team of recruiters.
Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to bring in top talent that supports the company's goals.
Design and drive recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery across functions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Oversee recruitment metrics, dashboards,



and reporting to monitor team performance and hiring health.
Manage vendor relationships and recruitment partners as needed.

Required Skills:
15+ years of overall experience and robust expertise of end-to-end recruitment processes in IT, product, or services organizations.
Proven experience in leadership hiring, strategic sourcing, and team management.
Hands-on expertise in using ATS, sourcing tools and qualified networks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate insights for continuous improvement.
