The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling strategic and statutory compliances, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, including benefits and compensation information.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and programs.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal risks.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory compliances.




Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation and procedure implementation.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, including statutory compliances.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
