Job Overview

Lijan Greentech is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Engineers to join our growing team. This is primarily an office-based role with regular field visits to meet customers, generate business opportunities, and maintain client relationships.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience) Plus Incentives

Experience
Preferred: 3 - 5 years of experience in the building construction, PEB.
Freshers with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Properly handle business leads generated by company marketing activities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Visit customers, contractors, builders, consultants, and project sites.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the team.
Update all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM on a daily basis.




Meet assigned sales targets and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and robust negotiation skills.
Candidates within 25 Kmtr radius within Angamaly preffered
