We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain to handle L1 Support, Client Coordination, and Project Coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business operations and insurance applications.

Roles and Responsibility
Handle L1 support and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Manage project coordination and ensure successful implementation of projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.
Solid knowledge of SDLC process and business operations.
Experience in handling insurance applications and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
