CCTV Surveillance & Security Coordinator

Department: CCTV Surveillance & Security

Location: Nungambakkam

Coverage: Head Office, Manali Plant & Gummidipoondi Plant

Reports To: HR & Admin Manager / Factory Manager

Job Purpose To monitor the CCTV surveillance system, coordinate security guard operations, ensure effective access control, and maintain a safe and secure working setting within the factory premises.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV cameras and identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Review CCTV footage whenever required for investigations or incident verification.
Ensure all CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards across all shifts.
Ensure proper gate entry/exit procedures for employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.
Maintain visitor, vehicle, material movement, and security registers.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections with security personnel.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.
Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports.
Coordinate with HR, Administration, Safety,



and Production departments regarding security-related matters.
Monitor employee discipline, unauthorized access, and movement within the premises.
Ensure emergency response procedures are followed during incidents.
Verify attendance and deployment of security guards.
Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security records.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred).
3–6 years of experience in CCTV surveillance, industrial security, or administration.
Experience in a manufacturing or factory workplace is preferred.
