Pro Gaming by ISST is one of Pune's leading esports and gaming destinations, offering high-performance gaming infrastructure, esports tournaments, gaming events, community engagement, and a premium gaming experience. We are looking for an energetic and responsible Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gaming center while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall daily operations of the gaming center.
Supervise gaming stations, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
Monitor cash handling, billing, operations, and daily sales reports.
Maintain cleanliness,



safety, and discipline within the center.
Coordinate gaming tournaments, events, and promotional activities.
Handle inventory of gaming accessories, snacks, beverages, and merchandise.
Monitor PC, console, and internet performance and coordinate with technical support whenever required.
Achieve revenue targets through memberships, tournaments, and customer engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain a robust gaming community through regular engagement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
