Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Generate new business through field sales, referrals, networking, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.

Ø Identify customer financial needs, acquire recent clients, and recommend suitable loan products based on eligibility and credit profile.

Ø Promote and sell financial products, including Home, Personal, Business, Mortgage, Vehicle, Education, MSME, and other loan solutions.

Ø Guide customers through the loan process by explaining product features, eligibility, interest rates, EMI, documentation, and repayment options.

Ø Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads,



maintaining CRM records, following up with prospects, and ensuring successful loan disbursements.

Ø Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and NBFCs to ensure accurate documentation, smooth loan processing, timely approvals, and disbursements.

Ø Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, referral partners, and financial institutions while delivering excellent pre- and post-disbursement support.

Ø Achieve sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets while driving cross-selling and repeat business.

Ø Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, lending policies, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate financial guidance.

Ø Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC/AML regulations, lender guidelines, and ethical standards while maintaining customer confidentiality and service excellence.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
