About the Role NCreateBytes is looking for an experienced Casino Manager to own the end-to-end performance and growth of an international online casino business.

NThis role will be responsible for managing the casino business across operations, player experience, acquisition, retention, revenue performance, partnerships, and growth.

Key Responsibilities N

Own the end-to-end casino business and overall commercial performance.

Develop and execute strategies for player acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
N
Monitor key business metrics including FTDs, GGR, NGR, player LTV, retention, and revenue.
N
Manage casino promotions, bonuses, campaigns, loyalty, and VIP initiatives.
N
Work closely with marketing, CRM, product, payments, compliance, and technology teams.
N
Build and manage relationships with game providers, platforms, affiliates, and strategic partners.
N
Identify prospects for growth across international markets.
N
Monitor player behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to improve business performance.
N
Own business reporting,performance reviews,



budgets, and commercial targets.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a strong overall player experience.

Requirementsnn
5+ years of experience in casino management, online gaming, digital entertainment, or a related industry.
N
Proven experience managing or growing an online casino or digital gaming business.
N
Strong understanding ofplayer acquisition, retention, promotions, CRM, and revenue growth.
N
Experience working withinternational markets and cross-functional teams.
N
Robust understanding ofmetrics such as FTDs, GGR, NGR, LTV, retention, and player activity.
N
Strong commercial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
N
Experience managing external partners, vendors, or business relationships.
N

nPreferred: Experience in launching or scaling an online casino business, managing VIP/loyalty programs, working with multiple international markets, and building strategic industry partnerships.
