We are looking for a Digital Marketing qualified to drive performance marketing and social media marketing for our vinyl record label, reaching music collectors in India and internationally. The role focuses on website-driven sales (not marketplace) and requires the ability to engage niche collector communities globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) targeting Indian and international collector audiences, driving traffic and conversions to the website
Own ROAS/CPA targets across all campaigns, with awareness of international shipping/pricing context in conversion messaging
Manage SMM across Instagram, Facebook, and platforms relevant to collector communities (e.g., Reddit, Discogs-adjacent spaces)
Build and manage pre-order/launch hype campaigns for limited edition releases
Run retargeting for website visitors, including cart-abandonment specific to international shipping hesitation
Identify and engage NRI/diaspora audiences for Indian film soundtrack vinyl releases




Monitor performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate by geography) and report insights
Coordinate with creative team on collector-focused content (unboxing, edition reveals, artist collaborations)

Required Skills:
3–4 years in performance marketing, ideally with exposure to niche/community-driven or collectible/hobbyist products (music, art, apparel drops, etc.)
Demonstrated ROAS improvement track record
SMM experience across multiple platforms, including community-style engagement (not just paid reach)
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4
Comfort with international/cross-border campaign targeting

Valuable to Have:
Familiarity with music/entertainment industry marketing
Experience marketing to diaspora/NRI audiences

Work Location: Greater Noida (in-office, 6 days a week) Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
