Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and B2B portals. Prepare and send quotations to customers. Follow up on quotations and generate sales leads. Coordinate with the sales and production teams. Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports. Build and maintain robust customer relationships Skills Required: Positive communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Email).
Experience in email drafting and quotation preparation. Confident in customer calling and follow-up.
Experience in industrial marketing will be an added advantage.
