Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. As a Digital Marketing Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining Click72’s digital marketing services, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate quality business prospects and help achieve monthly lead generation and conversion goals. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential business clients.

Handle inbound enquiries professionally.

SEO

Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization

Meta Ads

CRM & AI Automation Solutions

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate lead records using CRM.

Follow up with prospects regularly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Build solid client relationships through skilled communication.



⸻ Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, Google Business Profile, Websites, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle objections confidently.

Experience working with CRM software is preferred.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
