Factory to the Manager for sourcing strategy for packing materials like corrugated box,Carton Box,Bubble sheet, BOP tapes etc
Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements
Negotiate pricing and control costs as per the reporting manger's instruction
Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy
Adhere with Company SOP for Vendor Development( like documentation, vendor visit etc)
Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.





A finishing operator in the corrugated industry is responsible for the secure and productive operation of a crew, and for ensuring the quality of the finished product:
Machine operation: Set up, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot the corrugating machine
Material handling: Feed the machine with the correct amount of material, and obtain the necessary corrugated cases, liners, adhesives, and other finishing requirements
Quality control: Examine cartons for defects, and conduct quality checks
Teamwork: Work with other department members to meet production schedules and quality standards
Communication: Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and quality control
Supply ordering: Advise the supervisor when to order supplies like glue, belts, tape, and corrugated boxes
Process improvement: Recommend changes to improve the unit's operation, reduce costs, or make the carton easier to manufacture
