Responsibilities
Ensuring that all retail banking activities, products, and services offered by the bank are in full compliance with applicable laws & regulations.
Responsible for Managing legal disputes and litigation matters related to retail banking operations.
Managing relationships with external legal firms and vendors to ensure the bank receives high-quality legal services when required.
Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with retail banking activities and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures specific to retail banking that align with legal requirements and best practices.
Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the retail banking sector and advising the bank's management on potential implications. 7.Maintain documentation in accordance to legal & regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience: 10 to 15 years
