One of our B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Brand to join the business in a business critical role to serve as their first marketing leader covering the full spectrum of marketing.

Responsibilities
Be the chief storyteller for the business - painting narratives to further build trust and reliability
Build the company's first brand-guidlines book to drive consistency
Enhance the current brand and marketing identity to drive growth for the business from the ground up across digital and physical channels
Develop a customer experience and journey that drives customer satisfaction and recurring business but also an emotional connection
Develop a brand identity and customer journey that evokes an emotional connection
Own creative, content,



social and performance by leading in-house teams to deliver across all 4 departments
Help take the company on their 1 to 10 journey

Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience
Someone who has an understanding and appreciation for building beloved and trusted consumer brands/consumer experiences
Someone who will think about customer feedback
Someone who will think about customer engagement and marketing
Prior experience marketing in a B2C setting is critical
Technology or Start-up experience
