What You Bring




Possession of a degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a Digital Business Partner or within an Operational Technology (OT) workplace.
Proven track record in building, scaling, and leading distributed teams.
Demonstrated expertise in partner management, particularly in engaging with senior leaders as primary partners.
Significant experience in Digital project implementation and management, coupled with substantial leadership foresight.
In-depth understanding of infrastructure, applications and cyber security with mandatory hands-on technical expertise in at least one relevant area.
Proficiency in Financial Management, including service planning and budgeting.
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
Practical experience with automation and visualization platforms is considered an asset.
Knowledge of Cyber Security within an OT setting, with experience leading ISO 27001 audits, is highly advantageous.
