Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for LATAM markets.

Identify, approach, and appoint recent distributors, importers, and strategic partners.

Manage and grow existing customer relationships to achieve sustainable business growth.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify current business opportunities.

Generate inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close export business.

Prepare quotations, business proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.

Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, pharmaceutical registration requirements, and export documentation.
