Industry: Travel & Hospitality (Mandatory) Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup redefining premium villa stays and curated travel experiences across India. We’re looking for an experienced sales leader who can drive revenue, build high-performing teams, and play a key role in scaling our business.

Key Responsibilities Drive monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Build, train, mentor, and manage the sales team.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, hospitality partners, and villa owners.

Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and monitor key performance indicators.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue.





Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry (Mandatory).

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Experience in luxury travel, hotels, resorts, villas, tourism, destination weddings, or hospitality brands will be preferred.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a quick-paced startup setting with an ownership mindset.
