Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role based in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 5 LPA.

The Interior Design

Consultant will meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences and translate these into functional and aesthetic design concepts.

Responsibilities include preparing mood boards, layouts, and material palettes; recommending furniture, fixtures, and finishes; and coordinating with vendors and project teams to ensure timely execution. The role involves guiding customers through design options at the showroom or client site, providing product recommendations,



and supporting sales discussions to close projects. The consultant will also maintain accurate documentation, stay updated on design trends, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide explicit design guidance.

Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning, color theory, and material selection, with the ability to create practical and visually appealing solutions.

Sales and consultative selling skills to support project closures, explain design proposals, and recommend suitable products and services.

Knowledge of Furniture selection and placement, with an understanding of ergonomics, styles, and finishes appropriate to client requirements.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is preferred.

Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in office.

Prior experience in residential interior projects or home décor consulting is an advantage.
