Key Responsibilities
Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites.
Make beds and replace bed linen, towels, and toiletries.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
Replenish guest amenities, minibar items, and room supplies.
Report maintenance issues and damaged items to the Engineering department.
Handle lost and found items as per hotel procedures.
Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before guest occupancy.
Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Coordinate with the Front Office for room status updates.
Ensure guest privacy, security, and confidentiality at all times.
