About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and motivated MBA Finance or CA freshers who are eager to build a career as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
Understand client business processes and map them to D365 Finance modules
Work with senior consultants on solution design, configuration, testing, and training
Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and document functional specifications
Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing
Provide post-go-live support and user training




Continuously upskill in D365 functionality, finance best practices, and business process optimization.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
Good communication and analytical skills
Interest in technology and ERP systems (prior exposure to D365 is a plus, not mandatory)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
Willingness to learn and build a career in functional consulting
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools

Preferred Background:
MBA with specialization in Finance
M.Com recently qualified
