Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS,
WhatsApp, and web push notifications.
Support bulk campaigns, ad-hoc communications, and customer engagement initiatives.
Implement basic drip campaigns and automated workflows.
Manage and maintain marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
platforms.
Upload, segment, and manage contact databases.
Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with content and design teams to create effective email and message creatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
platforms.
