Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for Pastry Art Instructors. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering practical and theoretical classes in pastry arts, and mentoring students to develop their creativity and technical skills.
Instructors will ensure high standards of hygiene and implement best practices in baking and pastry preparation.
Collaboration with other faculty and active participation in academy events and coursework development are part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
Solid Creativity Skills related to pastry and dessert design
Knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices in professional kitchens
Basic Cooking and culinary preparation knowledge
Excellent communication and teaching abilities
Experience in the culinary or pastry arts industry is preferred
Formal training or certification in pastry arts or culinary arts is an advantage
