Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities & Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM with end-to-end implementation and support projects.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Order Management, and Cost Management.
Solid understanding of Supply Chain business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
Lead solution workshops, requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and FBDI for integrations, reporting, and data migration.




Perform issue analysis, root cause identification, Oracle SR management, regression testing, quarterly patch validation, and production support.
Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, scheduled processes, and provide month-end and production cycle closure support.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams, deliver user training, and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Certification is mandatory with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
