Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with job workers to ensure timely production.
Maintain production schedules and achieve delivery targets.
Monitor product quality at every stage of production.
Coordinate with stores for fabric, trims, and accessories.
Prepare daily production reports and update management.
Ensure smooth workflow and resolve production-related issues.
Requirements:
Experience in Baby Girls Readymade Garments is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
Ability to handle production planning and team coordination.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
